The third installment of CIT: BEHIND THE BUSINESS, hosted by notable business strategist and journalist Andrew Shapiro, features an interview with Trevor Macy and Marc Evans, founders and Co-Chief Executive Officers of Intrepid Pictures.

Intrepid Pictures is a feature film production and co-financing company sharing a non-exclusive first-look deal with Rogue Pictures and Universal Pictures. Intrepid will produce and co-finance 3 to 5 pictures per year with Rogue, Universal, and other distributors. Intrepid’s mandate is to finance and produce projects in the teen comedy, horror, thriller and action genres, targeting the 12 – 29 year old audience.

Founded in 2005 by Trevor Macy and Marc Evans, Intrepid Pictures is a feature film production and co-financing company sharing a non-exclusive first-look deal with Rogue Pictures and Universal Pictures. Intrepid will produce and co-finance 3 to 5 pictures per year with Rogue, Universal, and other distributors. Intrepid’s mandate is to finance and produce projects in the teen comedy, horror, thriller and action genres, targeting the 12 – 29 year old audience.

Upcoming Intrepid Pictures releases include Strangers, written and directed by Bryan Bertino, starring Liv Tyler and  Scott Speedman (to be released by Rogue Pictures July 13, 2007); and Robert Ben Garant & Thomas Lennon’s Balls of Fury, starring Dan Fogler, George Lopez, Maggie Q, and Christopher Walken (to be released by Rogue Pictures September 14, 2007).

The company is also producing Doomsday with Crystal Sky, Neil Marshall directing, Rhona Mitra and Bob Hoskins starring; and Couriers, produced by Intrepid with Jason Netter of Kickstart Comic Art Studios and executive produced by Ken Levin. Javier Grillo-Marxuach, an Emmy winner for Lost, will write the screenplay.
