nonproprietary. CIT and its designers shall be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and
otherwise use all data submitted for any and all commercial or noncommercial purposes without
further consideration or compensation to the submitter. The decision to post a story or display
an image is at the sole discretion of the CIT sponsor.
