Recruiting takes place in two steps:
The first stage of recruiting takes place on-campus and is arranged through each school’s career services offices. CIT recruiters come to campus to interview qualified candidates for the Financial Analyst Program. Candidates who move on in the process are invited to interview with representatives from specific business units at CIT’s global headquarters in New York City.
The second stage occurs at CIT’s global headquarters. There, candidates meet with representatives from one or more CIT Business Units that participate in the Financial Analyst Program.
