An analyst in CIT Investment Banking Services, you will have the opportunity to support CIT’s senior M&A bankers and deal teams. You’ll build financial models such as discounted cash flows, leveraged buyout, accretion/dilution, and merger models. You’ll also have the opportunity tocreate pitch-books and related presentations, performing comparable companies analysis and precedent M&A transactions analysis, assist in due diligence performing company and industry analysis
You’ll also:
- find appropriate targets and buyers for our clients
- assist in creating engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, bid letters, etc.
- participate in client meetings and calls
- work with CIT’s verticals to discuss financing issues
- occasionally travel
