The CIT Commercial Real Estate analyst program is a strong opportunity for entry-level candidates with enthusiasm for commercial real estate the ability to work hands-on with an experienced and reputable senior management team. As a Commercial Real Estate analyst, you’ll work collaboratively with experienced CRE team members to provide a range of complex and innovative real estate financing, advisory, and equity solutions.
You’ll get involved in due diligence and underwriting support for each Commercial Real Estate division and support internal platform initiatives, including both debt and equity investments. Your critical tasks will include:
- Analysis of deal-specific information and market research and drafting internal memos and presentations to communicate findings;
- Quantitative modeling and interpretation of data to draw conclusions from integrated assumption sets;
- Application of sensitivity analysis across differing scenarios;
- Interfacing with real estate and market elements through site visits;
- Conversations with principals, brokers, and local market experts.
