CIT offers a variety of programs and services that can make your work/life balance a little easier.
Time-Off
CIT offers generous vacation time, paid holidays, sick time and personal time.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is a confidential resource provided through an external vendor. It provides support and counseling for you and your family members to resolve a wide range of issues in your work and personal life. The types of problems the EAP can help you address include parent/child conflicts, marital/relationship issues and alcohol/drug dependencies, among others.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
The dependent care FSA allows you to contribute before-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses for child and adult day care, before or after school care, and summer day camps. As a result, you reduce your current taxes, which can help save you money.
Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Plan (TRIP)
Eligible commuting expenses for transportation and/or parking can be paid using before-tax dollars through the Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Plan. This is another benefit that can help reduce your taxes.
Adoption Assistance Plan
This plan reimburses a portion of the expense incurred in adopting a child.
Family Care Solutions
Where available, this service can offer back-up child care in emergency situations or when your regular child care provider is unavailable. CIT also offers sick child care and adult elder care.
