Director, CIT Leveraged Finance Europe CIT Group Inc. Dimitri Roubtsov is a Director within the capital markets team for CIT Leveraged Finance Europe, a unit of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE:CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company.

Roubtsov joined CIT in 2001 as Vice President for the Communications, Media and Entertainment Finance Group.

Within capital markets Roubtsov focuses primarily on sourcing and distribution of debt transactions in Europe in the secondary loan market.

Previously, Roubtsov worked as an Associate in Credit Suisse First Boston in the Telecoms Investment Banking Group in London where he was involved in the corporate advisory, equity and debt transactions on the origination and execution side in the European telecommunications sector.

Prior to joining CSFB in 1999, Roubtsov worked a as a Strategy Consultant in the Moscow Office of McKinsey & Co (1995-1997) working on the strategy development assignments in Russia and Germany. Prior to this, he was as an Auditor for Coopers & Lybrand in Russia working on audit and consulting projects in Russia and the UK (1992-1995).

Roubtsov is a graduate of the Sate Academy of Finance in Moscow, Russia where he received a Diploma in International Economics. He also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from INSEAD Business School in France.
