Senior Managing Director and Head of CIT Commercial Finance Europe CIT Group Inc.

Graham Randell is Senior Managing Director and Head of CIT Commercial Finance Europe, a unit of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE:CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company.

Randell joined CIT in January 2005 and has overseen the expansion of CIT’s UK-based Leveraged Finance business.

CIT Commercial Finance Europe businesses include Sponsor Finance, Communication, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare, Aerospace and Defense, and Capital Markets.

Prior to CIT, Randell led the European Leveraged Finance group at GE Commercial Finance following its acquisition of Heller Financial Limited whose London operations he established in January 2000. Before this, he served as Head of Acquisition Finance at National Westminster Bank.

Randell is a member of the European Executive Council for CIT and a Director of CIT Bank Limited.
