Director, CIT Leveraged Finance Europe CIT Group Inc. Jeffery Allison joined CIT in 2007 as a Director in the capital markets team for CIT Leveraged Finance Europe, a unit of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE:CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company.

Within capital markets Allison focuses primarily on the origination and distribution of CIT’s syndicated debt transactions in Europe, with significant focus on the Leveraged Finance market.

Prior to CIT, Allison gained extensive experience as a syndications specialist, working as Vice President at DVB Bank AG and as an Associate Director at Mizuho Financial Group, where he was responsible for the syndication of primary transactions in the Asset, Project and Corporate Finance markets. Allison started his career at HSBC, where amongst his various postings, he worked in the Corporate Banking department responsible for managing the bank’s largest clients, with industry expertise gained in the Media Telecoms and IT and the Retail Stores teams.

Allison holds a BSc degree in Financial Services from the University of Manchester and has gained his ACIB from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
