Mr. Weinseiss began his career in the financial services industry in 1986. After finishing law school, Mr. Weinseiss worked as corporate legal counsel of Raiffeisen Bank in Austria before moving into the risk management profession. Prior to joining CIT in 2000 as a Credit Officer, Mr. Weinseiss held leading risk management positions with various blue chip financial companies including Transamerica Financial Corporation and GE Capital.

At CIT Mr. Weinseiss was promoted to Vice President Risk Management, CIT Aerospace in 2003. When the business expanded its international reach to Dublin, Ireland in 2005, Mr. Weinseiss was appointed Chief Credit Officer of the newly formed company, CIT Aerospace International. The promotion to Managing Director of the company followed in August 2006.

Mr. Weinseiss holds a Law Degree from Karl Franzens University in Graz, Austria and completed the International Executive Program in Finance and Business Strategy at the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, UK.
