CIT’s European Capital Markets team supports the Leveraged Finance businesses and is responsible for the assessment of market conditions and capacity, as well as the coordinated syndication and sell down of leveraged transactions on both a primary and secondary basis.
Who We Are
We are a dedicated team of capital markets professionals based in London. We have many years of experience investing in bank debt and are backed by the industry expertise of CIT business units, who specialise in underwriting, workout, portfolio management, trading and sourcing.
The team maintains a comprehensive database of transactions being syndicated across the market, and monitors market trends to provide comparable deal information. Together with the assessment of underwriting risk, the team’s experience, relationships with clients and up-to-the-minute knowledge of investor appetite allows the European Leveraged Finance team to structure deliverable solutions for its private equity clients.
What We Do
Our European Capital Markets Group provides the market with a clear point of contact for transactions led by CIT Bank and has relationships with a broad array of potential investors, ranging from traditional banks to specialist institutional funds.
