Director, CIT Leveraged Finance, Europe

Wayne Frank is a Director in the lead origination team for CIT Leveraged Finance Europe, a unit of CIT Group Inc. (NYSE:CIT), a leading global commercial and consumer finance company.

Frank joined CIT as Associate Director in August 2005 from NIB Capital where he served as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance division where his responsibilities included the execution of leveraged finance transactions together with the monitoring of portfolio names for many large and mid cap European leveraged transactions.

Frank began his career at Mizuho Bank in 2001 where he worked in a variety of roles within the leveraged finance business.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Wits Business School in South Africa.
