Charles (Chuck) J. Dreifus is a Managing Director of CIT Communications, Media & Entertainment, Media, and has been with CIT and its predecessor companies since 1992.


Areas of expertise:

  • Trends in broadcast and publishing, outdoor advertising, and security industries
  • Corporate financing
  • Senior debt financing 



In 1997, Dreifus joined the Communications, Media & Entertainment Group, where he is now head of Media Originations. Before that, he was responsible for credit/operations and project finance. Prior to 1992, he spent 12 years in various commercial lending functions at Chrysler Capital, U.S. Leasing and Ford Motor Credit.

He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from Boston College.
