Randall (Randy) Chesler is President of Consumer Finance.

Chesler has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services and high-tech industries. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Size Technologies Inc., a consumer payment software company based in San Francisco, which was acquired by First Data Corporation in 2007.   

Before Size, he was General Manager of the U.S. Card business at Associates First Capital Corporation and built the business into a top Visa/MasterCard issuer. Chesler served as Executive Vice President at Visa U.S.A., where he was responsible for the membership base and drove Visa’s market share to record levels. Prior to Visa, Chesler was an executive at Citicorp, where, over the course of a decade, he held a variety of senior line and staff positions. 

He is a member of the CIT Bank Board of Directors, American Financial Services Association Board of Directors, and is active in the Children’s Circle of Care, a group dedicated to the support of the leading children’s hospitals in North America.

Chesler received a BS in Business Administration and Psychology from the State University of New York.
