Si Ming Li is Managing Director of CIT Vendor Finance, Asia Pacific. Responsible for CIT’s vendor financing business in Asia, Li oversees office products and technology/equipment leasing, healthcare vendor and diversified vendor business segments.

  • Diversity of Asia Pacific structure financing and trends
  • Corporate financing in emerging markets in China and India



Li joined CIT from IBM Leasing Corporation, where he was Director & General Manager. Prior to working at IBM, he held several senior positions at GE, including Assistant to the President of GE China, Business Development Manager of GE Capital China and Marketing Executive of GE Capital Finance. Li began his career with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Corporation (MOFTEC). Li is also Chairman of China Leasing Business Association of China Association of Foreign Invested Enterprises.

He obtained his Master's degree in International Management from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Paris, France.
