W. Taylor Kamp is Managing Director and Head of Home Lending and Sales Finance. Kamp is responsible for overseeing CIT’s home lending portfolio and the liquidation of this portfolio along with several other legacy Sales Finance portfolios.

Areas of expertise:

• Servicing platform efficiency
• Monitoring regulatory developments
• Creatively managing portfolio risk

Before his appointment to this position in November 2007, he was a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Development Group. In that role, he managed many key projects, including M&A transactions, resulting in the successful purchase or sale of more than $20 billion in assets.

Prior to joining CIT in 2000, he held several senior executive positions at The Associates (now Citigroup/CitiCapital), including CFO and Head of Business Development for their International Commercial Operations and CFO of their $12 billion Transportation Finance and $13.5 billion Home Equity businesses.

Before joining The Associates in 1987, Kamp held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
