Kelley J. Gipson joined CIT in 2001. She oversees all aspects of CIT's brand strategy, internally and externally, and manages the organization’s marketing and communications practices, including community affairs and philanthropy. Gipson and her team are responsible for the architecture and implementation of the firm’s integrated marketing programs and corporate reputation initiatives globally. CIT currently serves more than one million customers in 50 countries around the world.
