    Payments: You may not have the billing statement in hand to make your next payment, so you are advised to write the New Servicer loan number on your check and send it to the address provided in the Notice of Servicing Transfer.

    Automatic Payments

    Signing up for automatic payments is quick and easy.


    Make your life easier when you sign up for automatic mortgage payments. Monthly mortgage payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account, reducing the risk of accruing late charges and avoiding the risk of damaging your credit rating. Your cleared mortgage payment is easy to track on your bank statements and on our website. 

    To sign up for automatic payments, please complete one of the following simple steps:

    1. Simply log in to your mortgage account and select Auto Draft payment from the Loan Servicing Center. Follow the prompts and input your banking information. Please note that you can only select a draft date within five days of the due date. Automatic payments can only be set up to draft on the due date.   
    2. Call us at 1-800-781-7399 and we will walk you through the enrollment process.

    Disclosure: It is important to remember that when you are enrolled in automatic payments, you must have sufficient funds available in your account on the date your mortgage payment is scheduled. If sufficient funds are not available in your bank account at the time of the scheduled payment, you may be subject to non-sufficient funds fees (NSF). If the funds cannot be drafted due to insufficient funds, you are still responsible for making your mortgage payment directly and may be subject to late charges.

    Protect yourself and the planet by signing up for eStatements. Go paperless with eStatements, the environmentally friendly way to view and print your monthly statements. 

    You can rest easy knowing that your statement goes directly to your secure Online Mortgage account, reducing the possibility that your records end up in the wrong person's hands. When you do need a paper statement, you can quickly print a copy from your account.

    Loan Modification

    A loan modification is designed to help borrowers facing financial hardship who are interested in pursuing options that will prevent foreclosure. This can be achieved through a loan modification, which will permanently modify the terms of the mortgage to help prevent foreclosure and assist with financial hardship. Eligibility for the modification program is based on investor guidelines and by meeting specific income and hardship requirements.

  • Home Preservation Options

    Today there are many alternatives available to help homeowners preserve their homes and avoid foreclosure. Learn about the number of programs we offer.

    Repayment Plan

    A temporary hardship can cause homeowners to fall behind on their mortgage payments. If the hardship has been resolved, a repayment plan can help the homeowner repay delinquent payments and stay in his or her home. This option allows homeowners to spread the delinquent amount over several months so that they can continue making monthly mortgage payments plus a portion of the delinquent amount with no additional late fees. It prevents homeowners from having to come up with a lump sum to resolve delinquency.

    Keep in mind that eligibility for a repayment plan is determined on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the specific type of temporary financial hardship the borrower is experiencing. 

    Temporary Payment Reduction

    A temporary payment reduction is an alternative option designed for homeowners who are experiencing a financial hardship to avoid delinquency by reducing the required monthly payment for up to six months while the financial hardship is resolved. If the hardship cannot be resolved before the temporary payment reduction expires, a borrower will be reviewed for eligibility for permanent solutions such as a loan modification or short sale during the temporary payment reduction period.

    Keep in mind that eligibility for a temporary payment reduction is determined on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the specific type of temporary financial hardship the borrower is experiencing. 

    Unemployment Forbearance Program

    Through this program, unemployed borrowers who meet certain qualifications can be granted a temporary forbearance period, thereby reducing or suspending their monthly mortgage payments.

    Read on for information on steps to take to avoid foreclosure. Consult a financial or tax advisor before pursuing one of the following programs.

    Short Sale

    A short sale allows borrowers to sell their home at a market value that is less than the balance owed on the loan. This alternative to foreclosure is available only to homeowners who are experiencing an economic or financial hardship. A short sale offers both the homeowner and the lender a faster and less costly alternative to foreclosure.

    Deed-in-lieu

    If a borrower is unable to qualify for a short sale, they may be eligible for a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, which is an option that will allow a borrower to settle their outstanding loan obligation by transferring ownership of the mortgaged property to the lender. The property must be free of any other liens in order to be considered for this option.
