To report lost or stolen cards, please contact us immediately. We’re available 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week to make sure your account is protected if your card is lost or stolen. You can also order a replacement card when you call.

You can also immediately disable your lost or stolen debit card using the CIT Bank mobile app . Log into the mobile app, access the mobile wallet and turn off the “Enable card for use” option.
